Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Made-to-order items may require 7–14 business days before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): rates calculated at checkout
International Shipping (UK, Europe & Rest of World)
- Standard International (10–21 business days): rates calculated at checkout
- Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
Order Tracking Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Zivaara Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at care@zivaarastudio.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
